A Zen slot selects a stored script on the device. A Rift build selects one saved group of settings inside the running Rift file. Switching one does not mean you switched the other.

If an unfamiliar menu opens, check the active Zen slot and file before following Rift controls. The file open in an editor is not automatically the one running on the device. Use the current official programming instructions and wait for a clear completion result.
Then choose the Rift build
Once Rift is active, use its Build page to select the intended settings. Keep a note such as slot, file version, Build 2, and purpose. This is especially useful if you have more than one Rift file stored and the displayed names look similar.
Avoid unnecessary duplication
You do not need three separate device slots simply because Rift provides three builds. Conversely, switching to Build 3 will not load a different game’s script. Preserve existing slots and settings rather than erasing them to solve a naming or selection problem.
