Open the menu with L2 + Options or LT + Menu. Start by checking the active Build, then move to the setting you need. Numeric fields, toggles, and mode selectors behave differently, so read the page title rather than counting button presses from memory.
Understand the nested editor
Dribble Mode is one main page. When CUSTOM is selected, Cross/A opens a separate four-direction editor. Those direction screens do not turn the main menu into 20 pages; they are an additional editor inside the dribble setting.
Save and return to play
Circle/B closes the main menu and saves settings. Inside the custom editor, Circle/B saves and returns to the main menu first. Close the menu before testing gameplay because Rift deliberately blocks game inputs during menu navigation.
