The short answer
Rift V1.1 offers Slowest, Slow, Normal, Fast, and Fastest on the Rhythm Speed page. They are named presets for Button Rhythm, separate from the Auto Green MS value. Choose one at a time and record which setting you used.
Enable the correct feature
Button Rhythm has its own on/off menu page. The Rhythm Speed page selects a preset; it is not the Auto Green mode selector. Check both the toggle and speed when following a setup example.
Read the preset after each press
Up advances through the speed choices and Down moves backward. The list wraps at the ends, so pressing Up at Fastest returns to Slowest. Watch the label instead of assuming another press always means a faster final setting.
Compare without changing other fields
Keep your Auto-Green timing and other shot settings unchanged when testing a speed preset. Record the build, mode, and speed together. “Normal” is a label in the menu, not proof that it is the right choice for every player, shot, or environment.
